Do you want this man in our Children's schools?
Tim Martens is an Officer involved with the K9 program and handles a dog named Camo, which means he will be in our children's schools searching their vehicles, lockers, etc. interacting with them, etc... Considering not only his aggressive and deceitful behavior but also the harassment of my wife and daughters do we really want him in our schools, around our children? We made 9 complaints to the Home Owners Association and someone visiting someone else's house complained, but this Cop still hasn't stopped the abusive behavior.

Look at the date the letter from the Police was written compared to when I bit my tongue in half and all the other seizures...

Police Accountability:
The Police have their "Protocol" for handling complaints. If protocol is followed; you are admonished, you give your statement, you complete a Personnel Complaint Form giving the specific details you are complaining about, then the information you provid can be compared to other complaints for abusive behavior trends, and the Officer will be held accountable.
If you dont follow protocol, as we have seen in Pleasanton, nothing happens...
Hold the police accountable and Stop Police Abuse.
Evidence provided to the Public Defender and what he did with it.
Show scanned copy of the Piches motion that P.Defender Pendrod wrote after I showed him the videos of their behavior and the video from the backyard. Show the email from Reimer that he couldn't get the truth out of Demeyer, and show that he confirmed the backyard video exists, but that they lost it...
Show that they hid Martens prior acts of fabrication and violated the Pitchess Motion that the judge granted, and show Eubanks and Lancaster's cases that were dismissed because Marten's lies... Make sure everyone in Pleasanton that is arrested be Martens knows about the Lancaster and Eubanks cases to force the truth on Martens and keep him from hurting anyone else.
