Police Accountability: The Police have their "Protocol" for handling complaints. If protocol is followed; you are admonished, you give your statement, you complete a Personnel Complaint Form giving the specific details you are complaining about, then the information you provid can be compared to other complaints for abusive behavior trends, and the Officer will be held accountable. If you dont follow protocol, as we have seen in Pleasanton, nothing happens... Hold the police accountable and Stop Police Abuse.
